Toast of Champaign has had 4 directors over the years. Marge Carr was the first in 1952, and Lornie Siler (founding member Judy Siler's husband) was next. Gene McNish took over for a while and was replaced with Midge Beiger when he had to move. When Midge resigned, Gene came back. Our current director Jackie Compton took over from Gene.
We have won a few awards over the years, too! We placed 4th in the 60's in our regional competition, we have won 2 Audience Choice Awards, and most recently we placed 3rd in 2017.
